Service Policy
Elite Detailed Cleaning Estimate
. Any price estimates are based on Elite Detailed Cleaning prior experience, without inspection, and
based on information provided by the Customer.
. If at the commencement or during the course of providing the Service, it is apparent that the actual cost
of the Service will exceed the quote provided by Elite Detailed Cleaning, Elite Detailed Cleaning will
provide the Customer with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the service or pay the quoted
amount without the service being completed.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
. We request a minimum of 24 hours cancellation or reschedule notice! If for any reason, you have to
cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please call us immediately. We are very strict on our 24
hour cancellation policy, please honor it! Less than 24 hours cancellations will be charged a cancellation
fee of $60!
. We will charge a $60 fee: If you, the customer, call our office after business hours, after 7:00 p.m., and
leave a message to cancel the appointment; If our staff show up at your doorsteps and for any reason
not able to clean your home. (Example: a locked door, the construction crew is not finished and you the
customer have to turn them away) No exceptions!
. Appointment can not be canceled , rescheduled or scheduled through our employees. Customer must

Complaints
. You agree to inform Elite Detailed Cleaning within 24 hours if you are dissatisfied for any reason with
the Service provided.
. You agree to choose one of the next 3 available days for a free re cleaning.
. Re-cleaning must be completed within 7 days from the time of initial service. No exceptions
. Re cleaning time can’t be longer than 1 hour
. Complainants will be denied if the customer was notified that it is not enough time to clean properly
customer home but customer declined additional time. No exceptions.
. All outstanding balances must be paid before we schedule re cleaning.
.We do not respond to complaints through the 3rd party ( such as BBB) other than government
organization or required by law.
Payment Terms
. When we setup service we will go over expected payment time, deposits and methods.
. The Customer agrees to pay Elite Detailed Cleaning in full when the service is complete, unless
otherwise agreed in advance.
. All Payments are due upon completion.
Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers.
However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are
dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning
and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.
Illness
If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to
reschedule your cleaning after the illness is gone.
Extra Services
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48
hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for
the additional services.
Tipping
Elite Detailed Cleaning Staff never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your
service provider. Remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you
expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.
